Talking Watch Shop considers your satisfaction our highest priority. If we make a mistake, we will make it right.
Items can be returned for a refund, exchange or repair within 30 days of you receiving them.
If you wish to cancel your contract, please notify us as soon as possible or within 14 days of receipt.
A returns form and label is included with your order and depending on the information provided regarding the reason for return, a refund will be issued.
Please fill out this form and post it back to us along with the goods.
Returned items must be undamaged, pre-approved and in their original packaging.
If you have misplaced your returns form, it can be downloaded by clicking on the related downloads link at the bottom of this page.
Refunds are usually processed within 48 hours and will be made to the original payment method. Normally this would be shown on your statement within 3-5 working days, but can take longer due to bank delays.
Returns for any other reason must be pre-approved by Talking Watch Shop and we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee if the strap was adjusted at point of sale.
If you are registered blind or visually impaired, you are eligible to use Royal Mail's Articles for the Blind Service which is free, although we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage (also free) from the post office.
If however, you would prefer your item to be sent signed for and tracked by Royal Mail, then simply ask for this facility at the post office and they will add it for a small charge.
