Returns Policy:

Verbalise (Talking Products) considers your satisfaction our highest priority. If we make a mistake, we will make it right.

You the customer has a statutory ‘cooling off’ period of 14 days for unwanted goods and 30 days for faulty/damaged goods from the day you receive your goods, in which time you should notify us that you wish to cancel your contract with us and a full refund will be given, including any original delivery charges (Faulty Goods Only).

If you the customer should choose to return a product to us by providing us notification within the cooling off period, then the return delivery costs will be borne by you the customer. However, if you the customer is returning the product(s) due to a fault, the return costs will be borne by us, the merchant.

Any returns must be undamaged, pre-approved, and in their original packaging.

Returns upon inspection, if undamaged, will be refunded in full minus any delivery costs incurred. We must be notified of any mistake within 1 business day of the delivery receipt date. Returns for any other reason must be pre-approved by Verbalise (Talking Products). This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

If you are registered blind or partially sighted then you will be eligible to use Royal Mail’s free Postage labels that utilise the Articles for the Blind Service, if you would rather your item was sent tracked and signed fpr by Royal Mail then simply ask at the post office and they will add this for a small charge of £1.10.
