This Verbalise talking button clock has a disc shaped design featuring a large white circular button framed by a black base.
There is a digital clock underneath, to provide excellent colour contrast for people living with visual impairment, as well as those experiencing memory loss. Press the large white button and the time and date will be spoken to you, in your choice of either male or female by voice over artists Simon Fellows and Laura Shavin.
The clock is radio-controlled, which means it receives a signal from a radio transmitter, enabling the time and date to set and regularly update automatically, including when the clocks change. The only time it needs to be set manually is when it needs new batteries. You can set your clock to receive either the UK, Germany, USA or Japan time signals which means it will automatically update when you visit these countries. If you are outside these countries, you are also able to set up the time and date facilities manually.
The compact design sits flat and secure, so it cannot easily be knocked over and it also has 10 daily recordable reminders.
Battery replacement - this clock comes with 2x AAA batteries.
